Correct

The vertical axis is used to rotate the eye to the left or right.

We adopt a convention in which the top denotes left and the bottom denotes right.

This is known as the right hand rule. If the finger tips of your right hand denote the direction of rotation, your thumb points along the axis.

Up and down is defined using this same convention.

Left and down are given positive values while up and right negative.

Click on the axis that will turn the gaze up and to the left.
